Our community has the right to live in a healthy and safe environment free from the harms of alcohol, tobacco, vaping and other nicotine products, drugs and other substances of concern. The impact of substance use in the Bailiwick includes poor health, illness, injury, crime, violence, anti-social behaviour and family and relationship breakdown.

Led by the Combined Substance Use Strategy for Guernsey and Alderney 2021 - 2026, our initiatives focus on prevention, early intervention and treatment and range from commissioned services within the community to public awareness campaigns and providing training.
