We were delighted to receive funding from La Fraternelle Fund in support of our Lunchbox Lowdown initiative. Lucy Whitman our Healthy Weight lead explains more, "As part of Mini Munch, our programme to support eating well in early years, we have been working with the States Early Years Team, early years providers and parents to research lunchboxes and look at ways to support healthy lunchbox provision. The Lunchbox Lowdown was designed as a resource for parents and carers - containing 50 ideas for little ones' lunchboxes, with age-related portion sizes and tips on eating well for this age group. More than 750 leaflets have been distributed so far and the Commission are very grateful to La Fraternelle Fund for their support in design and print costs.” The Lunchbox Lowdown resource can be found here.
