The Bailiwick’s experience of lockdowns has shown us the importance of families keeping active at home. Lots of us found that keeping active helped our mental and physical health. 

We have updated and expanded the range of resources and ideas for children, families, adults and older adults to keep active.

Remember to focus on having fun, involve your any family members in choosing what activities to do and make sure that they have the chance to succeed early, before increasing the challenge!
