Developed in 2016, the Be Active Forum is a network of stakeholders from the public, private and third sectors who promote and facilitate physical activity amongst children and young people in Guernsey and Alderney. The Forum has hosted three conferences and numerous workshops addressing issues such as outdoor learning, active travel, activity for under 5’s and encouraging accessible activity. The Forum is now co-ordinated by The Health Improvement Commission and will continue to promote physical activity for young people and will be hosting a Be Active through a range of community initiatives.
