This page provides the information and application forms required for agencies to tender for the delivery of specified community-based substance use services from 2022.
The services are part of the Combined Substance Use Strategy for Guernsey and Alderney (Tobacco, Drugs and Alcohol) delivered through the Health Improvement Commission in partnership with Public Health Services.
All relevant information, instructions and application forms can be found in the Resource Section below or in the links on this page. In order to tender for any of the below services your organisation must be able to meet the requirements in this contract.

Form A must be filled in once, even if multiple services are being applied for. This can be found here. Form B must be filled in separately for each service and can be found here. Service 6 has a different form B, this can be found here.

Services & Structured Psychosocial Interventions and Community Rehabilitation – Drugs

Service 6
Drugs, Alcohol and Tobacco Education Service for Young People
As this is a school-based service Form B questions 5 and 7 are different and the following form should be used. It can be found here.
Submission
The deadline for applications is 17:00, Wednesday 6 October.
Tenders must be submitted by this deadline to the Substance Use Strategy Lead by email here
A telephone call or separate email must follow the submission to confirm receipt of the tender documents. Tender documents received after the deadline will be disqualified and excluded from the tender evaluation process.
