We know that time, cost, and knowledge as well as children's likes and dislikes may all play a part in our ability to provide a healthy lunchbox for our children. To help, we’ve created some lunchbox tutorial videos below for inspiration. These lunchboxes are suitable for primary aged children and each can be prepared in under 3 minutes.
We have also provided the average price of each lunchbox based on data collected across 5 of Guernsey’s main food retailers (price data last updated in May 2024).
For further ideas and inspiration check out our lunchbox ideas below as well as the Co-Op's new initiative Lunchbox Heroes.
We have partnered with Co-Op to make it easier for parents on Island to create healthy lunch options for their children and to ensure their children are eating well and staying healthy.
Keep an eye out for the 'Lunchbox Heroes' signs in store.
