Being physically active has numerous benefits and currently our local adult population is not active enough, with 21% of islanders reporting not undertaking 30 minutes or more of physical activity on at least one day in the past week in 2018 (Guernsey and Alderney Wellbeing Survey, 2018). 

Workplaces can often be sedentary environments where people spend many hours, making them a key area to intervene to help more of the working age population to be active and meet the recommended guidelines.
